Our group embarked on a thrilling adventure from October 21st to 30th, 2023, and it was a journey filled with excitement and just the right amount of adventure. On the very first night, as we made our way to our accommodation, we encountered a roadblock. However, Lucky quickly solved the issue by change route. On the second day of our journey, when we encountered a road closure on the Karakoram Highway due to a rockslide, and the situation extended well into the evening, Lucky and Team went above and beyond to ensure our well-being and comfort. It was a heartwarming sight to witness their care and dedication. When some of us expressed a craving for tea, Lucky promptly served us hot tea. As the night fell, and some in the group started feeling hungry, the discussion of grilled chicken arose, and to our surprise, Lucky disappeared momentarily only to return with delicious chicken curry, Chapathi, and even fruits to sate our appetites. Throughout the night, which lasted over 12 hours, they were always there to lend a helping hand, making sure our needs were met promptly. Not only did the guide and Faizu, who is assitant guide provide excellent service, but the additional touches, such as offering to take photos, taking care of the elderly on non-flat terrain, ensuring the safety of our group when capturing memorable moments in the middle of the road. It was a pleasure to have someone like the driver (apologies for not remembering their name) who always kept the vehicle spotless with a smile on their face and speech "go go" "photo Photo" As someone who works in the service industry, I recognize the dedication and the exceptional level of service provided by this tour company. They went above and beyond the standard service, and it made our trip a memorable and enjoyable experience. Thank you for your outstanding efforts and care. In summary, this tour company exemplifies what it means to provide service from the heart, going beyond the usual standards of service delivery.

Lucky & his team are really good team. During the trip, Lucky & his assistant took care everyone really good, especially the elderly. They are patient, observant, and can fix the unexpected problem that happened along the way that he tried his best. The driver are also calm, experienced & clean his bus all the time. We really appreciate & impressed with the trip & his team.
